Project Description
The new building’s main entrance off Brook Street leads you past the cleanroom’s imaging suite on the lower level. FH Chase was a Trade Partner in one of Brown’s first IPD Projects. As the Cleanroom Contractor we were responsible for Design Assist, material purchasing, logistics and Installation.
Our direct labor force was responsible to install the:
• Ceiling System with Recirc Air Units
• Wall Systems including Doors and Hardware
• Seamless Vinyl Flooring
From FH Chase’s team, Eric Gray was the Project Executive, tasked with attending weekly meetings over the life of the two-year project and presenting to the owner’s group key issues of the project from Design until completion. As the Senior Project Manager, Lazaro Rosa had active involvement in design review, issue resolution and budgeting, as well as the development and presentation of project specific Protocol and Logistics Program for the construction in a tight urban setting.
