Project Description
• Flush ceiling grid system with sixty recirculation air handling units
• Specialty cleanroom partitions, manual doors, sliding door units,
return air chase partitions
• Sixteen 3’x7’ stainless steel pass throughs with exhaust and
sprinkler connections
• Unloading, placement, and partition fit-up for 24 fume hoods
• Sound room enclosure with cleanroom space within the structure
was provided to ensure raised access floor, specialty enclosures
and ceiling systems interfaced with the overall Cleanroom.
• Lab ceiling and walls for all Specialty Labs
FH Chase was responsible for all aspects of the Protocol management
for the project, which included: insurance of the Protocol manual,
training classes for all five levels of the program, cleaning, special
temperature entrance and gown rooms were built.
